Telling a Better Story
When a brand launches a new product or service, it's difficult for reps to all tell a consistent solution story. When Knapp introduced Red Pilot software at their biggest annual trade show, we solved that challenge by creating a custom, interactive tablet app that enabled reps to communicate the new messages with confidence and impact.
Transparent, OLED display monitors piqued audience interest, and hi-end video animations created visual appeal and energized the narrative.
Role-specific use cases generated emotional connections for listeners by establishing context and relevance. The app was designed to enable reps to confidentially view approved talking points to ensure that critical messages were delivered at the right time, in the right way.
Building Pre-Event Excitement
This video was a small part of an overall marketing program for General Mills, my client for over 8 years. It was the landing page for a microsite dedicated to reaching out and connecting with Dietitians prior to ADA FNCE (now called AND) to generate traffic in the General Mills exhibit.
The "Get the Whole Story" Art Project was my creation, built on a Cause Marketing foundation.
The overall program ... which was wildly successful ... combined live, online, and social media tools and tactics to immerse the target audience in the General Mills brand and message.

Educating & Guiding
Players using self-service ticket machines needed to know about new features the machine had to offer. The task: let them know "what's new" in a fun, quick, and accurate way.
These are two versions of the same idea that appeared on lottery machines throughout the state.
As a Purina strategic partner, I created and implemented a marketing programs for their major dog shows (including the IKC ... the one you see on Thanksgiving Day!) this, project, however, wads internal.
I was tasked with creating this email campaign to connect with industry professionals and urge them to attend a Purina-hosted summit to explore how the web and social media was changing their target audience's buying behavior. (For all you kids reading this, this was once a new idea. Quaint, no?)
This video helped generate maximum attendance and buy-in.
